JFQQ – DC-Link Aluminum Case Dry-Type DC Support Capacitors

The JFQQ Series by jb Capacitors is a high-reliability DC-Link and IGBT Snubber Capacitor for industrial inverters, power converters, and renewable energy systems.

Built with metallized polypropylene film and non-inductive winding, it ensures low ESR, low ESL, and excellent high-frequency stability under high voltage stress.

The aluminum case with resin sealing provides flame-retardant protection (UL94V-0) and reliable heat dissipation for long-term use.

Rated 500–1200VDC (customizable up to 4000VDC) and 24–5600μF, the JFQQ offers high ripple current capability and 100,000-hour lifetime—ideal for wind and solar inverters, EV/HEV drives, and motor control systems.
